BDOR deliberately operates as a small networking organisation, deliberately bringing together specific teams relevant to particular projects.  However, we do work regularly with a group of other independent consultants which creates an informal "BDOR network".

Rowena Harris, Jim Welch, Lynn Wetenhall and Cathy Williams bring expertise in terms of process design and management, facilitation and consensus building.

Eiluned Morgan and Barry Pearce bring particular expertise in terms of planning and development, but also provide support on aspects of process and facilitation.

Italy:
Ray Lorenzo is an engineer/planner also with qualifications in environmental education. Italian work is managed mainly through Ray.
