In any given year, BDOR's workload will include large, long term projects (a major regeneration scheme), medium sized projects (an area strategy) and short, one-off events (a practical workshop).

It will also include a mixture of practical projects (a parking scheme), educational work (a training course) and developmental projects (government guidelines) - occasionally all together.

This pattern is deliberate. It allows us to learn from everything we do and move forward. This enables us to pass the benefits directly on to the next set of our extremely diverse clients (see right).

In the last few years our 'blue-chip' clients included the Science Museum, the Tate Gallery and the UK's next Eden-type project.

Have a look in more detail at the type of projects we have been involved with - choose from the categories on the left.

Our clients are also amazingly diverse. We have worked for central government (eg. DTI, DTLR), local government (counties, districts and metropolitan authorities), private companies (eg. Rugby Cement, Bryants), government agencies (eg. Regional Development Agencies, Environment Agency, English Nature and Countryside Agency), professional/sector organisations (eg. RTPI, RIBA, House Builders Federation) and community groups (eg. local community groups, Town/Parish Councils, environmental bodies such as CPRE and National Trust).
